What We Believe
Avenue Health believes that patients should always have knowledge about their condition. Our specialists in Osteopathy provide you with information and explanations at all stages of treatment.
We advise you on the amount of treatment that will be required to resolve symptoms. In most cases, a course of just 6 treatments is all that is required.
Avenue Health Practitioners are trained in the treatment of all parts of the body, including the back, neck, hip and shoulder. Our practitioners can improve headaches and general health, as well as treating the more obvious joint problems, sports injuries and trapped nerves. Our treatments are aimed at improving the mechanics of the body as a whole.
Avenue Health Practitioners provide the highest level of professional care and treatment for their patients. For more information about them and their specialities please go to our Meet the Team page.

What is Osteopathy?
Osteopaths use their hands, both to investigate the underlying causes of pain and to carry out treatment using articulation, manipulation, soft tissue (massage) techniques as well as using specialist equipment including Shockwave, Ultrasound, Gait Scan Analysis and a G5 Specialist Massage Machine. Osteopathy is used to treat a vast number of conditions including back, neck and muscle pain, sciatic or nerve pain, arthritic conditions, sprains, headaches and more. Find out more in our Osteopathy page.
Avenue Health is based in Worcester Park, Surrey (in the London Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames) in the parade of shops based at Worcester Park train station; and also in Cheam, Sutton, Surrey, next to Cheam Park & Nonsuch Park.
Avenue Health has been established since 2006 by Michael Walker B.Ost, and all of the Avenue Health Osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopath Council and they are members of the British Osteopathic Association.
What Our Clients Say
Thank you, thank you, thank you
I must say that Michael was excellent , I came in not being able to walk or even stand for more than a few minutes, after having just a couple of treatments he had a good idea what the problem was and after just 5 visits I have absolutely no pain in my leg at all, just in time for my holiday which I was extremely concerned about, considering I had only 6 weeks until I was due to fly to the USA and couldn’t even walk, well, he performed a miracle as far as I’m concerned, I can’t thank him enough, If ever I’m in trouble again I would not hesitate to go back and see him, the man has magic hands.John, Cheam Practice
I would like to commend Juliette for her excellent service. I found her treatment really effective and she is very professional and personable. Will always recommend her to anyone in need!! Thank you.Steve, Worcester Park Practice
The knowledge and care that was given to me in my four visits was priceless. It encouraged me to develop some extra stretching exercises of my own. Although my arthritis can’t be cured, my range of movement will be prolonged. Would definitely re- visit.Graham, Worcester Park Practice
